I LOVE announcing something new, so I was psyched when they asked me to post on Tuesday this week (instead of Monday) and feature one of our new downloads that are available today.

I knew I wanted to use the Party Animal Kit to create a party ensemble. But guess what? My youngest son is eight, turning nine, and he’s a little old for the style and feel of this kit.

But that didn’t stop me—because I have a five-year-old nephew who is getting ready to turn six, and I knew he’d love this. Plus his mom (my sister Sage) will love it when I hand her a party package, complete with invitations, banner, cake toppers, pinwheels, snack wraps (belly bands to go around a treat), and stickers for a favor bag.

Plus, the kit has an 8" x 8" page template as well, so Sage can scrapbook the photos afterwards quickly and easily.

I started with an existing template—Hello, Baby (on the right hand side)—and then just switched out the elements of that template with elements from the Party Animal Kit. It was fun, quick, and easy . . . just like most My Digital Studio projects!

If you’ve got a child with a reason to celebrate, the Party Animal Kit is definitely the one for you. But don’t stop there! You’ll want to check out the other downloads as well, because this week we’ve got lots more than a party going on!

love love love this template, I will have to purchase it today. I'm doing a double birthday party theme, would I be able to use the templates to alter them to any color and design?

I just did this EXACT same thing with the Baby Ensembleexcept  using Melon Mambo, Tempting Turqouise and Basic Black to do a whole 50's Diner/1st Birthday! It was just as easy as you just said! My customer LOVED it!

I think I might see Tanner's 2nd Birthday theme developing withthis kit though! Thanks!

Rachael, HERE is the weekly PDF for this week's downloads.

And Sara, this take on altering the Hello, Baby Ensemble using the Party Animal Kit is brilliant! I can't help but think about who I could use a party kit like this for!
