To get the torn edge effect, I think she used the stamp "Torn Edges - Hand Torn" in the original MDS package. That is what I did and it looked great!

Genius!  I am CASing this for an anniversary card for my in laws!  I needed something to get me fired up about learning more about MDS and this is perfect.  Wonderful tutorial
